The Manor was formerly owned by the late Aaron Spelling, who died in 2006. It was built in 1988, and it has 56,500 square feet of living space. The Spellings reportedly had a number of the rooms made for specific purposes, including a flower-cutting room, a gift-wrapping room and a bowling alley in the basement.

There are 14 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, two swimming pools, a tennis court, a bar, and a wine cellar. There is also room for more than 100 cars to park. At the time it was placed up for sale following Spelling’s death, the property was valued at $200 million and later dropped to $175 million. It is now owned by Petra Ecclestone, a British-born heiress, model and fashion designer who bought it for $85 million in 2011. Her father is Formula One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone.

In 2019, the home, which had been previously put up for sale, was used as bail and collateral to keep Loughlin and Giannulli out of jail on $1 million each. The couple was arrested as part of a massive college admissions cheating scandal.

12. Celine Dion And Jupiter Property

The former beachfront property owned by Celine Dion and her late husband Rene Angelil sat on 5.7 acres. The couple bought it for approximately $7 million in 2008. The 10,000 square-foot Bahamian-inspired estate had 13 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and 400 feet of ocean frontage.

It also includes a resort-style water park with a lazy river and waterslides, a custom closet complete with racks and shoe carousels, simulated golf range, tennis house and tennis court and a pool house with a built-in kitchen. The mansion sold for $28 million in 2017, considerably less than its first asking price of $72 million in August 2013.

13. P. Diddy And His Beverly Hills Mansion

Rap mogul P. Diddy had already purchased other homes when he acquired a two-story European-style villa as his family home in 2014. The $40 million, 17,000 square foot mansion sits on an acre of land in Holmby Hills, California, and it has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gym, a wine cellar, a 35-seat movie theater and an underwater tunnel that leads out to the grotto and the lagoon-style pool.

In 2012, Ryan Seacrest purchased the property formerly owned by Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi for about $49 million.
