For nearly 14 years and over 20 seasons, the blended Kardashian-Jenner family has kept a nation captivated by their seemingly mundane daily lives broadcast over national TV. The undeniably attractive brood consists of matriarch Kris Jenner. And of course, even more famous than her- her children. Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob came from her first husband Robert Kardashian. The two youngest, Kylie and Kendall, with former Olympic star Caitlyn Jenner. Through the years, the family managed to carve a name for themselves in the hotly contested realm of show business. They proved their savvy by successfully venturing into multiple industries, capitalizing on their popularity to take over social media. Plus, they built mammoth empires in the cosmetics, fitness, and clothing industries.

Kim and Kanye West’s Hidden Hills Mansion

The most famous of the homes celebrity couple, Kim and Kanye West, purchased together before their divorce was this Hidden Hills mansion. Valued at $60 million, the couple shared the primary home with their four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

It was bought in 2014 for $20 million, and the house subsequently went through a six-year renovation under the helm of famous Belgian architect, Axel Vervoordt, who is renowned for his minimalist aesthetic infused with historical timelessness. The renovations cost Kim and Ye another $20 million. They turned the home into what the Yeezy founder called a “futuristic monastery” featuring plenty of subtle, muted color palettes.

Kylie’s Holmby Hills Estate

Arguably the most successful Kardashian next to Kim, is Kylie Jenner. She also has a portfolio of luxury properties as diverse as her sister, none more high-profile than the Holmby Hills home she bought in 2020 for a whopping $36 million. The property occupies a sprawling 15,350 square feet of space with seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

In true Kardashian-Jenner fashion, this mansion is luxurious at every turn. It sports a relaxing spa, gorgeous pool, cozy fireplace, outdoor cinema, and sporting facilities. There is nothing that this mega-mansion seems to lack. It even has its own dedicated guardhouse as well as a championship-level sports court for basketball or pickleball. It also has two guest apartments apart from the main single-story compound.

Kris’ Hidden Hills Property

Not to be outdone by her super famous children, Kris Jenner has her own mega-mansion in the Hidden Hills neighborhood, close to the other members of the Kardashian clan. Valued at $20 million, this property stands on a plot of land that used to belong to Britney Spears. Kris purchased it after she let go of the original Kardashian house where most of the filming of their reality show took place.

That property was eventually passed on to Rob Kardashian, the only male among the famous siblings. In a nod to how tight knit this family truly is, Kris’ Hidden Hills mansion is right next to her daughter, Khloe’s. Plus, it is within a short drive of Kim’s and Kylie’s own luxury homes. It is also just as big, with 16,000 square feet of space to host the entire family, from her children to her grandchildren.

Khloé’s Neighboring Hidden Hills Home

Sitting conveniently next to Kris’ home is Khloe Kardashian’s own luxury pad. Both houses were reportedly bought by the mother-daughter pair at about the same time, with a price tag a few million short of the other. Bought for $17 million, this cozy crib was built to spec by a local developer, similar to Kris’ house, which is why the two Kardashians spent significant time and resources renovating their respective homes to suit their tastes.

Because of the extensive renovations, Khloe and her daughter, True, couldn’t move into their new home until November 2021, a month short of an entire year since the house was taken off the market. When the renovations were finally completed, Khloe debuted her new home on Kardashians. Khloe unveiled jaw-dropping details of her house, which had about eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a guesthouse, a home theater, and of course, a home gym, a feature you won’t see missing in the home of the Revenge Body star.

Kylie’s Hidden Hills Property

With an estimated net worth of $750 million, reality star and make-up mogul, Kylie Jenner, has added real estate to her growing list of investments. She has snapped up plenty of coveted properties in California to add to her portfolio. The $15 million estate she purchased in April of 2020 is one of the most expensive, coming in second only to the Holmby mansion she bought at double that price.

The five-acre plot of land used to be Miley Cyrus’ and had a five-bedroom home on it that has since been knocked down to make way for an 18,000-square-foot home that never came to fruition. That is until Kylie swooped in to acquire the estate. Now that the property is in her hands, many are interested to see what she does with it. Whatever the youngest Kardashian has planned for the property is up for speculation, but what is not is the near certainty that whatever she builds on the lot will be something spectacular.

Kim’s Second Wyoming Ranch

Most Kardashians have bought luxury properties primarily within the state of California. However, Kim and her ex-husband Kanye ventured into purchasing a ranch in Wyoming in 2019. This is not the first ranch the former couple owned. The Bighorn Mountain Ranch they bought for $14.5 million is the second ranch that the former Kardashian-Wests own and is only about 50 miles from the first one.

While most ranches evoke visions of rural countryside, wild horses, and the farthest things from luxury and comfort, this one is true to the Kardashian brand – lavish, expensive, and well-appointed. With 10 cabins spread across three luxurious camps, this ranch is built to highlight the best of the great outdoors. It is also big enough to host a full staff and plenty of guests who manage to make their way to this remote area in Greybull, Wyoming, reportedly sitting on 6,700 acres.

Kylie’s Beverly Hills Estate

A split purchase with baby daddy, Travis Scott, Kylie acquired this sprawling mansion in Beverly Hills for $13.5 million in October 2018 as the couple’s family home with kids, Stormi and Wolf. This Beverly Hills Post Office home is an exclusive abode, hiding behind a gated driveway and providing spectacular views of the canyonlands surrounding this upscale Los Angeles neighborhood.

With a square footage of 9,700 feet, this mansion has everything you would expect two high-profile celebrities to require in their home, including seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and open floor plans for the main living spaces. This mansion has a vast glass partition that retracts into the walls for a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. At the same time, the outside opens up to a patio and barbecue area that then descends to a lavish swimming pool and spa. It won’t be a reach of the imagination to say that this home’s backyard is an ideal place to host the ultimate California pool party.

Kylie’s Second Hidden Hills Home

As if two extravagant properties in the Hidden Hills community weren’t enough, Kylie also dropped another $12 million for one more home in the same area in the same year that the first two Hidden Hills properties were purchased. This one is reportedly the reality star’s main home. It’s a 13,200 square-foot mansion that she renovated extensively to turn into her pink paradise. Situated on one and a half acres of land, Kylie’s primary residence is an homage to her love of color.

Elegantly juxtaposed amid the taupe and white hues of walls, furniture and flooring are pops of bright pink, some neon lighting, and the youthfulness of fluffy rugs and textured fabrics. Though warm and inviting, the home is a massive collection of eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a home theater, a game room, a pool, and a spa. The design creates a beautiful open floor plan that maximizes the use of the warm California sunlight. The outdoor spaces are also spectacular, with a rectangular swimming pool and an idyllic terrace.

Kris’ Secluded Desert Retreat

Kris Jenner, the family matriarch, bought a 14,000-square-foot mansion in Palm Springs for $12 million. It’s a modern minimalist property in the resort town of La Quinta. With seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and a variety of large living spaces, the home has enough space to host the entire family comfortably. However, this probably won’t be necessary as some of her children own their own Palm Springs properties within the same area as their mother’s.

Sitting on almost an acre of land, this modern mansion is a spectacular sprawling space with beautiful outdoor areas that open up to views of golf course greenery and the mountains further away. The home also has a huge infinity pool that elevates the space and is ideal for lounging around or hosting extravagant parties that would be a staple in the Kardashian family. A sleek courtyard, several large fire pits, and plenty of space round up the outdoor area, making it a beautiful backdrop for entertaining guests alfresco under the light of the desert stars.

Kourtney and Travis Barker’s Palm Springs Getaway

Just 30 minutes from mom’s Palm Springs getaway sits newlyweds Kourtney and Travis Barker’s desert resort property, a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home they purchased in La Quinta for $12 million in June 2021. The luxurious, 9,000 square foot property has plenty of living space to fit the couple’s blended family of 7. It houses Kourtney’s three children with ex-husband Scott Disick, Penelope, Mason, and Reign. And it also is home to Travis’ two kids, Alabama and Landon, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

The home’s main living space is a beautiful open area that offers a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa mountains and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course. It also has the perfect transition from cozy indoor to wide-open outdoor space that then flows into an infinity pool that seems to stretch into the horizon, all the while surrounded by the stately palm trees that make it a dream vacation home. The house also has a well-appointed gourmet kitchen, an office, and a custom bar and wine room with quartz countertops. The bedrooms are also stylish affairs in neutral palettes, with the minimalistic decor in shades of taupe and white, all opening up to the sprawling outdoor spaces that make this home a truly relaxing and luxurious retreat.

Kim and Kanye’s First Wyoming Ranch

While the move to buy a ranch in the middle of nowhere might be entirely Kanye’s idea, Kim was on board when the rapper dropped $7.7 million on this property in Cody, Wyoming. The couple, who would later buy a much larger and more expensive ranch some 50 miles away, did live the wild, wild, west lifestyle. At the time of purchase, they called it Monster Ranch, but Kanye eventually renamed Lake Ranch. Lake Ranch is massive, sprawling over 4,500 acres, featuring over eight lodgings, two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center, and meeting facilities.

The ranch is also known for its monster trout fishing (hence the original name) and has a few horse barns and corrals that provide shelter to the horses that run the estate. The ranch is much larger than the 4,500 acres the Kardashian-Wests have access to. Another 4,500 acres, or about half the total size of the property, the federal government is currently leasing the property. However, the rapper uses the remaining half at the couple’s disposal to hold large public events, like his Sunday Service concerts. Now that the couple has divorced, both Wyoming ranches were awarded to Kanye. Nevertheless, of the two, he has opted to put this one on the market with a price tag of $11 million.

Kendall’s Beverly Hills Home

Of the Kardashian sisters, it is probably Kendall who has the least number of properties in her real estate portfolio. She currently resides in the star-studded neighborhood of Beverly Hills. Valued at $8.5 million, this Spanish-style villa in Mulholland Estates was purchased from Charlie Sheen in October 2017. It is in the same neighborhood as other celebrity homes owned by the likes of Christina Aguilera and DJ Khaled. This secluded mansion keeps the prying eyes of overzealous fans and paparazzi away from the goings on inside the property. High walls and huge gates surround the 6,625 square foot home.

The split-level home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. You’ll discover plenty of opulent living space, like an expansive family room with an enormous fireplace. There is a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a home theater. Inside, the home is a Spanish and Mediterranean style mix. It boasts exposed beam ceilings, hardwood, and terracotta tiled floors. This home also has a beautiful pool with spa facilities surrounded by a tree-canopied outdoor space with a fire pit and a covered terrace. Though she has been living in this mansion since 2017, this was not the first place she called home. She flipped her starter home in Westwood, LA, for $1.6 million in 2016 and did the same to Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s home when she bought it for $6.5 million in 2016, only to flip it for $6.85 million a year later.

Kourtney’s Calabasas House

One of several California properties in Kourtney’s portfolio is this $8.5 million home. She bought and shared it with her former partner, Scott Disick, in 2014. The house is in the ultra-private, super-exclusive community of The Oaks in Calabasas. It served as the family home until the couple split in 2015 after ten years. Sitting on a little under two acres of land, this Mediterranean-style home boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. There’s also a lounge, a chef’s kitchen, a spa, a sauna, and a home theater.

With the help of English designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the home is decorated with vintage pieces that Bullard collected and curated from all over the world, giving the enormous living spaces an international touch. The home’s shared areas are gigantic and breezy. They have vaulted ceilings and an open plan that houses a modern fireplace. The enormous glass doors open to a stunning garden, outdoor pool, basketball courts, and a covered terrace. You’ll discover plenty of green, open spaces where their young children could run around and enjoy just being kids.

The ‘buffer’ between his property and hers isn’t lacking anything. Source: Love Property

Kim’s Hidden Hills’ Buffer Property

After her split with rapper Kanye, newly single Kim dropped a pretty penny on another Hidden Hills home. It is one that is right next door to the mega-mansion she shared with her now estranged husband. Yes, the house that sits on the property is of a style completely Kim’s opposite. She still picked up the property as it sits between the mansion she shared with and subsequently got back from Kanye after they parted ways. It is by her ex-husband’s most recent purchase, a home one house down that he bought in December 2021.

The 4,000-square-foot home on this ‘buffer’ lot dates back to1975. You can see several areas do not have recent renovations. With older features and an interior that looks like it came straight out of a time capsule, it doesn’t seem like they got this property for its aesthetic appeal. Instead, the purchase looks like one made out of necessity – to maintain distance between the former lovers. Kim even paid well over the asking price just to secure the property – $800,000 more!

The Kardashian Family Home From KUWTK

This is the house where it all started! Millions of viewers became familiar with this home. These very rooms launched the careers and celebrity status of an entire family. The original Kardashian family home in Calabasas, as seen on the show Keeping up with the Kardashians, was purchased for $4 million in 2010. They bought it three years after the show’s first episode appeared on air and will stay in the family for the foreseeable future. Kris Jenner still technically owns the property, as the title remains in her name. However, it has since been handed down to her only son Rob, sometime in 2019.

Fans and the paparazzi won’t recognize the real house. Because of the reality show’s extreme popularity, show-runners have decided to film a fake house for the facade and exterior shots of this iconic house. This keeps fans and paparazzi alike from descending on the home like a swarm of bees and disrupting family life. Nevertheless, fans of the show will know the monochromatic black-and-white hallway anywhere. Designed with the help of Jeff Andrews, the home’s interior is a reflection of Kris’ own aesthetics. That includes dramatic monotone or black-and-white features like that iconic hallway or a TV room that’s gray on gray.

Kylie’s Plot in La Quinta

When it comes to buying property, the Kardashian family’s guiding principle seems to be the same. That is, wherever your family is, that’s where you want to be. Case in point? Another one of Kylie’s real estate acquisitions is a plot of land in Palm Springs’ Coachella Valley. It is not far from her mom and sisters’ own properties in the fabled desert resort hotspot. Located in the same Madison Club in La Quinta where the other Kardashians have secured their own desert getaways, this empty piece of land cost the make-up mogul a cool $3.5 million.

The lot she acquired in 2019 stayed empty for years. Of course, she has so many luxurious homes where she spends most of her time, so development wasn’t a priority. Now a mother of two, she maybe wanted another property. Either way, she has a vacation home similar to her mom and sisters. You can thank her strong entrepreneurial influence running within the family. However, she just might end up flipping this one and making a ton of money – as if she doesn’t have that already.

Kim’s Malibu Mansion

Kim’s acquisition of Cindy Crawford’s former home in Malibu set her back an eye-popping $70 million. It is probably her most expensive purchase to date. The 7,450 square-foot home sits atop a cliff overlooking the sea. It has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from nearly every angle. Plus, it looks like this ultra-luxurious home must have been worth every penny. The reality star was able to snap up this coveted cliff-side mansion for significantly less than its original $99 million price tag. It looks like Kim knows a good deal when she sees one.

The spectacular Malibu home has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, just enough space to fit Kim’s family of five comfortably while retaining a cozy beach house feel. Yes, every corner of the house looks like it could be on the cover of the most prestigious architectural or interior design magazines. However, one of its best, most striking features is still its seamless indoor/outdoor transition. She is taking full advantage of the stunning views that come with the price tag. The space boasts beautiful floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass doors that open up the home to the best that the California coast offers. It has a stunning pool surrounding exterior decks and a garden dotted with mature trees.

Kim’s Beverly Hills Villa

One of the reality star’s first homes, and certainly the first mansion she ever bought, was this Beverly Hills villa. She purchased it in 2010 for $3.4 million. This Tuscan, gated resort villa was Kim’s home for three years, and where she famously wed, then quickly divorced NBA player Kris Humphries. The controversial union was thought to be a publicity stunt as the couple aired their relationship – from engagement to the wedding ceremony – in nearly every episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians – culminating in a TV special that followed all the details of their wedding day. The short-lived relationship eventually led to a divorce, and the house the couple briefly shared was back on the market for $4 million.

The home was a five-bedroom, five-bath abode covering about 3,800 square feet of luxurious space. It also boasted a private pool, beautiful hardwood floors, and a large chef’s kitchen. The kitchen opened up nicely to the family room and lower-level outdoor living space. It was perfect for hosting the rest of the Kardashian clan. Plenty of ornate details give this home a palatial feel. That includes the elaborate floor and wall tiles to wall sconces and large windows overlooking a lush garden. This Beverly Hills mansion was the perfect lavish background against which Kim’s life and the rest of the Kardashians’ fascinated and enthralled a nation.

Kim’s La Quinta Property

During their six-year marriage, Kim and Kanye didn’t just come together to form one of the most dazzling unions in Hollywood. Nor did they settle for raising four kids of their own. The reality star and the talented rapper were also shrewd entrepreneurs. With a combined net worth of $4.2 billion at the time of their divorce, the couple had all the means to go on a property-buying spree. One of the more recent pickups they made was an undeveloped home site in La Quinta. They purchased it for $6.3 million in 2019, just two years before Kim filed for divorce from her then-husband.

Now that their split has become official and their joint properties are slowly divvied up, it is unclear whether this project will land in Kim’s or Kanye’s hands. However, their mega-mansion in Hidden Hills has already gone to Kim. Kanye kept the Wyoming ranch where he had been living in sans Kim since 2020. It is to be noted, though, that the lot is in the same area where the other Kardashian family members, notably Kris, Kourtney, and Kylie, all have their own properties, and rumor has it that Kim already enlisted the expertise of Japanese architect Tadao Ando to build a zen home here. It looks like another Kardashian project is in the making.

Kris Jenner’s Luxury Hidden Hills House

After permanently moving out of the Calabasas house that was home not just to the entire Kardashian family in their early years but also to the set of their hit reality TV show, Kris Jenner purchased another house in Hidden Hills. It is just right across the street from Kim’s own home. She bought this property in 2017 for slightly less than $10 million. However, they put it back on the market in 2020 for $15 million. With six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the home was ideally suited for the Kardashian’ momager’ as she was conveniently close by anytime Kim needed her to take care of the growing brood of Kardashian-Wests.

Upon stepping in, a double-height entrance hall greets visitors. They are immediately wowed by a unique, contemporary fireplace in the living room. Chic walnut floors, marble countertops, and modern cabinetry round up the stylish details that make up this luxurious property. It has features befitting a celebrity home in such an exclusive neighborhood. And in a nod to the original Kardashian house, this one has a grand floating staircase. It is reminiscent of the beautiful set of stairs that was a centerpiece of the family’s old home.
