
32. Sunscreen
In case you didn’t know, chemical sunscreens can mess with your body’s natural hormones. If you want to make a DIY sunscreen, you’ll need: a double-boiler, a kitchen scale, a face mask to stop you for breathing in the zinc oxide, containers, 90g coconut oil, 65g carrier oil, 28.5g beeswax, 27.5g shea butter, 40g zinc oxide – I strongly suggest non-nano, uncoated zinc oxide, and 1/2t vitamin E.
