You can enjoy the sun without getting attacked by bugs. And it’s a great place to keep your indoor plants. The bad news is that it’s not exactly a good investment for you to build one. According to HomeAdvisor, it costs an average of $30,000 to build a sunroom addition. However, Forbes claims that it doesn’t count towards the total square footage of the home, therefore it doesn’t add any extra value. This may change state-by-state.
