Being in the Hollywood spotlight, especially in today’s social media age, brings all of the skeletons out of the closet. There’s nothing a celebrity can do that doesn’t fall under the scrutiny of the public. Some of them are minor things that people blow out of proportion, but some actions are more unforgivable. From being immature to racist, there is a spectrum of problematic moments celebs get caught saying or doing. Keep in mind that although some of these actresses have been deemed “problematic,” it doesn’t mean that they should be harassed or sent threatening messages. Not everyone is perfect, and women should be allowed second chances to grow from their mistakes. Some of the things that happened to this supposed problematic women are allegations.

50. Courtney Love

Courtney Love has always had more of a reputation for being a bad girl than being the frontwoman of her band, “Hole.” Her marriage to Kurt Cobain spurred that reputation even further, especially regarding Nirvana’s drummer, Dave Grohl. Their relationship started well but quickly went sour over time. No one’s really sure why, but there have been stories of Love being unpredictable in her behavior. Even her own daughter decided to move away from her mother because of her behavior. Of course, this isn’t the only controversy; Love has had many feuds with other musicians, including her former roommate, Kat Bjelland, and Kathleen Hanna, a friend of Kurt Cobain.

49. Tyra Banks

Tyra Banks has made a name for herself as a model and talk show host. She really gained attention when she started hosting “America’s Next Top Model,” which ran for several seasons with beautiful, talented men and women. Most people thought that this was her way of giving back and helping new models gain a foothold in the modeling world. However, that ended up not being the case. Her show ended up being more about her than actually helping people, focusing more on the drama than how to build a promising modeling career. To be fair, Banks has endured many failures throughout her career and kept going through these hardships to make her net worth of about $90 million.

48. Britney Spears

Britney Spears is recently getting the validation that she deserves, but during the 2000s, she endured much flak for almost everything she did. She was married and had two children before the age of 25, and everyone criticized her for everything she did. The first sign that things were falling apart for her was the infamous shaving of her head. People took this as a joke. They pointed their fingers instead of trying to provide her with the help she was looking for. Then came the story of her driving away from the paparazzi with her child in her lap. She tried to escape their hounding instead of endangering her child, yet people took her actions wrong. Thankfully, people are now more aware of what Spears has been through in her young adult life.

47. Beyonce

Before she was Beyonce, she was a member of a girl’s group called “Destiny’s Child.” The group didn’t last very long, and Beyonce started her solo career and hasn’t looked back since. Of course, with that fame came many controversies. She’s had feuds with other recording artists, rumors about her personal life, and people tearing down her music by stating that she hasn’t written any of her songs herself. When you become that famous, some people aren’t going to like you, and Beyonce has kept a stiff upper lip despite all of it and is still one of the top recording artists to this day.

46. Khloe Kardashian

According to the show’s fans “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” Khloe Kardashian has always been the “most boring family member.” As a result, fans tend to like her the least and put her under a magnifying glass. While they post professional-looking Instagram posts to create a consistent theme, Khloe basically does her own thing, leaving fans disappointed. This is entirely unfair, of course, since she shouldn’t be living her life for other people. That happens to most women in Hollywood. What she chooses to post should be up to her, and she’s still made a career of being on a long-standing reality show. Maybe it’s a good thing it’s coming to an end so that she doesn’t have to live up to fans’ expectations.

45. Nina Dobrev

The once-famous star of “The Vampire Diaries,” Nina Dobrev, has gained attention for all of the wrong reasons. Where she was beloved by fans for her character, Elena Gilbert, she quickly fell out of favor with them when she left the show. Many thought Nina Dobrev was being too choosy with her acting roles and not sharing her personal life with the public, but to be honest, none of that is anyone’s business. Dobrev is choosy about her roles because she no longer wants to be typecast as a teenager due to her looks and wants more adult roles to show the world what her acting chops are really like. Is that so wrong for her to do?

Instagram

44. Catherine Zeta-Jones

Catherine Zeta-Jones had a remarkable acting career for most of her life and gained notoriety when she married Michael Douglas, who is a bit older than her. For some reason, she got some flak for coming out about her bipolar disorder to demonstrate to other people that the condition can be manageable. Instead of being lauded for her honesty, Zeta-Jones was attacked on social media, like most women are. As a result, she left the Internet and stayed out of the public eye. It’s difficult to think why people would treat her this way when she was just being honest about her mental health, but fans can be strange and unforgiving.

43. Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle’s name came into the headlines when she became the wife of Prince Harry of the Royal Family. Of course, the “bad news” hasn’t stopped since then. Tabloids have reported nothing but Meghan acting out and exhibiting lousy behavior everywhere she goes. Of course, how can anyone expect to remember a long list of rules and protocols written by The Queen herself? Not to mention that Meghan and Harry weren’t really allowed to act like they loved each other in public. The Royal Family has an air about them that would put off any ordinary person because they don’t seem to be very welcoming. At least Meghan had the bravery to stand up for herself and what she wanted out of her new life with her husband.

42. Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj has become a diva in her own right, and being a diva comes with some drama. She has no qualms about shooting back when the media tries to bring her down, capable of standing up for herself no matter what they throw at her. She has beefed with other celebrities, too, including Cardi B., Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and Li’l Kim, just to name a few. However, Minaj has remained on top of the charts despite all of the drama. The rapper continues to release albums despite all of these controversies. Do you think Nicki Minaj is among the group of problematic women? Keep reading for more controversies, allegations, and semi-strong women who intimidate people.

Instagram

41. Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato has been more than honest about her mental health, sharing her eating disorders, alcoholism, and drug addiction stories. This makes her more human and approachable, yet she can’t seem to catch a break. Other celebrities have had beef with her over her brutally honest opinions. She isn’t afraid to back down and play nice just for the media. She lays things out how she sees them. That’s somewhat admirable about Lovato, for some people. She doesn’t care which bridges she has to burn to take care of her mental health and well-being.

NBC

40. Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera gained fame during the late 90s and early 2000s as what people called an “edgier” version of Britney Spears. To be fair, they did both star in the Mickey Mouse Club on Disney, but their singing styles are nothing alike. Aguilera continued to push the boundaries of her child star image and showed the world what she was capable of. Unfortunately, that came with the attention of tabloids. Aguilera, like many women in Hollywood, has been called a diva on many occasions, acting like she’s better than everyone else. However, most of those stories have been quashed. Nothing is wrong with wanting to be treated like the star you are!

39. Amy Schumer

Amy Schumer was once considered a bright light in the comedy scene, making jokes and having a sense of humor only attributed to men. That rubbed many people the wrong way, with many people complaining that she should stay in her lane and know her place. Unfortunately, things didn’t get much better for her. Many female comedians have stated that Schumer has stolen jokes from them. She’s crossed many people with her edgy sense of humor that many have called patronizing, insulting, and racist.

Shutterstock

38. Rachel Ray

Rachel Ray made her start on the Food Network with her own cooking show and bubbly personality. But not even being that cheerful led to everyone enjoying her presence. People like Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse, and Anthony Bourdain have made remarks about how much they don’t like her. And it’s not just famous people. Ordinary people are on her back too. Bloggers bash Ray for her mediocrity, and food servers have complained about how little she tips when she eats at their restaurants. You’d think she’d be generous and give at least 15% to someone who makes so much money from their show.

Shutterstock

37. Ellen DeGeneres

Ellen DeGeneres started as a lovable, approachable person that people thought they could approach. However, this has turned out to be just a facade in recent years. Accusations came from her own crew members and a guest on her show that have only sent things downhill for the star. People have stated that she is not as warm and friendly as she portrays herself to be on television, not allowing any of her crew members to eat meat, to not paying her staff while episodes were still airing during the quarantine lockdown. DeGeneres has not made any public replies in regards to these allegations.

IMBD

36. Gemma Arterton

Gemma Arterton gained fame as a Bond Girl in one of the early Daniel Craig films. She then went on to star in even more blockbusters later on. However, the media attention ended there, and Gemma Arterton reveled in it. Arterton chose to go with more minor roles because she wasn’t happy with the way things were going in big movies. She went out of her way to make people uncomfortable, but for excellent reasons. One of those reasons is equal pay. She’s not afraid to stand up for herself and others who are being unfairly treated and, as she’s said, doesn’t mind being a pain in the ass if it gets the job done.

Nickelodeon

35. Victoria Justice

Victoria Justice’s career started to gain traction when she was on Nickelodeon’s “Victorious.” She started alongside Ariana Grande and Elizabeth Gillies, but her career never seemed to continue from there. The main reason is that because of being a child star. It was difficult for any other studio to take her seriously. Her first significant acting role in “Fun Size” ended in a flop, her next role in “Eye Candy” didn’t end well, and she was daring enough to cross Ariana Grande. At least, that’s what the tabloids wanted people to believe. There was actually no beef between the two, but all it took was one article for everyone to decide that Justice was notoriously difficult to work with.

Shutterstock

34. Brie Larson

Brie Larson’s outspoken attitude during the Captain Marvel press conferences upset many people for several reasons. Even before the movie was released, it got terrible reviews from trolls who wanted to bring down their careers. For what? She had the gall to speak out about the predominantly white male influence over Hollywood and how actors who don’t fit into that tiny box are treated as “less than.” People also criticized her acting in the movie, calling it bland and emotionless. It makes sense for a character that had her memories erased. It seems the public just doesn’t like their celebrity bubbles being burst.

33. Megan Fox

Megan Fox was considered a symbol of the 2000s when she gained her first acting career in the “Transformers” movie. But when she started speaking up for herself, the proverbial doo-doo hit the fans. She trashed Michael Bay and the other directors of the film, and in turn, they went out of their way to get her blacklisted from the movie industry so that no one would hire her. After that, she starred in bomb after bomb, never really getting a chance to show off her acting chops that didn’t involve just playing “a pretty character.”

YouTube

32. Paula Deen

Paula Deen was known for being the queen of butter since all of her cooking segments involved butter somehow. This seemed to be the standard of southern cooking. Sadly, so was the language that she used. After using a racial slur and using sexual discrimination against a manager of one of their restaurants, the media hit her hard, and rightfully so. Of course, she has apologized for her words and actions, but the damage was already done. They also kicked her off the Food Network and lost her spot on QVC. However, media experts say that even if she lost all of her endorsement deals, she could still bring in about $7 million each year.

Fox

31. Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande has had a lot of controversy surrounding her stardom, including the terrorist attack at one of her concerts to one of her partners passing away from an overdose. She admits to having anxiety from these incidents, but there has been more drama surrounding her after these events took place. People have said that this songstress is demanding when it comes to photoshoots. Plus, she started dating Big Sean while he was engaged to Naya Rivera – RIP. Remember when she was licking a tray of doughnuts that she hadn’t paid for? Ariana Grande has since apologized for her actions, stating that there was no excuse for what she did. However, other musical artists have come out to state that she’s stolen lyrics from them and similarities to their music videos, so maybe she’s not as clean as she professed herself to be.

Fox

30. Zooey Deschanel

Zooey Deschanel is a beautiful girl in her own right, but many people take that in conjunction with her acting roles to treat her like she’s not “feminist” enough. Many people began to hate her because she didn’t fit their role of what a strong female character should be like. However, Deschanel has come out in interviews to state that people would still tell her she doesn’t belong because of what she wears or how she acts, and all of it is unfair. Thankfully, more people are coming around to her way of thinking. As a result, many discover that there’s no reason for their hatred towards her.

Fox

29. Lea Michele

Lea Michele gained popularity when she ended up on “Glee,” the musical high school show that started pretty light-hearted and took a dark turn towards the end. Many people suspected that it had to do with Michele’s attitude. Costars have stated that she acted in a microaggressive manner toward everyone. She called background actors “cockroaches” and openly spit soup back into the pot at craft services in front of everyone else. She even held up shooting for an hour because she felt uncomfortable in her outfit. Michele responded to these allegations by admitting that she had been challenging to work with during her Glee years. Plus, her behavior had been a sign of immaturity.

Shutterstock

28. Teri Hatcher

Teri Hatcher first played Lois Lane in the infamous show “Lois and Clark” and then went on to star in “Desperate Housewives.” It was a beloved show for people who enjoyed following the drama and secrets of these rich housewives, but the secrets started to come out long after the show ended about Hatcher’s behavior. Of course, this was all speculation because no names were mentioned, so people were left to guess whether they were about Hatcher or another cast member. However, Hatcher was left out of certain lawsuits and messages. So, the general public concluded that she must have been the bully and drama queen the other cast members were talking about.

Shutterstock

27. Sharon Stone

Sharon Stone has been on the silver screen for some time and had to take some time away. Why? Due to a brain hemorrhage and stroke from back in 2001. Although this actress eventually returned to the screen, many people have stated that she has started acting like a diva, suing for contracts that never existed and slowing down shooting unless the paparazzi leave the set. However, people easily forget that Stone suffered a stroke to push the narrative that she’s challenging to work with. Because of her stroke, she lost her marriage, custody of her child, and being able to work, leaving her with very little money to take care of herself.

Kurt Iswarienko

26. Shannen Doherty

Shannen Doherty has become synonymous with “bad girl” and “difficult to work with.” She’s been on the television and movie screens throughout most of her life, and there are plenty of stories people have shared about her attitude. After her stint on “90210,” she ended up in a starring role in “Charmed,” which ended after the third season when other cast members had problems with her. Her fiance at the time also expressed that he’d had to get a restraining order against her because she got violent. Of course, add partying and regularly drinking to the mix, and Doherty became a recipe for disaster.

Shutterstock

25. Drew Barrymore

Drew Barrymore started as a child actress in “ET” but was treated as an adult when she went to awards shows. She was plied with drugs and alcohol to the point of becoming an addict. Sadly, that led to some out-of-control behavior. Many people didn’t like her unpredictable behavior and difficulty working with her, and even her own mother had her institutionalized to help deal with her problems. Of course, the lack of proper adult supervision led Barrymore to this behavior in the first place instead of her mother taking accountability and getting her the appropriate help that she deserved. Thankfully, she’s back on the straight and narrow by sharing her experience with others so that they know how to recognize certain behaviors and seek out the proper treatment options.

Shutterstock

24. Rihanna

Rihanna has gained success not only through her music but also through her makeup brand, Fenty Beauty. Of course, she has no problems speaking her mind, which has irked several people over the years. People have stated that this signer-turned-actress-turned-designer has an attitude problem and just “isn’t nice,” but does this diva really need to be? She earned her claim to fame by climbing a ladder that isn’t afforded to many people, which can mean making many enemies along the way. She’s here to gain attention, put out music, and not become everyone’s best friend. Other musicians like T-Boz and Azealia Banks have exposed the beef they have with her, which Rihanna has reportedly shot back with her own insults. One positive thing about all this is that she certainly knows how to stand up for herself.

23. Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba was the pretty girl who also took on tough girl roles in TV shows and movies. She starred in everything from “Dark Angel” to “Never Been Kissed” to “Sin City.” Everything seemed to be going well for her until she slowly disappeared from the limelight. This was primarily due to Hollywood pigeonholing her ethnicity since she is a mixed Latina. It didn’t help that she received several Razzie Awards for her bad acting, making it so that no studio wanted to hire her. Jessica Alba stopped working as an actress to focus her attention elsewhere. This former actress started “The Honest Company,” which creates products free from toxins and allergens. Why? Because she noticed her daughter break out in hives after washing her clothes with a particular detergent. Jessica Abla’s doing well enough on her own without critics constantly tearing her down.

Shutterstock

22. Sophia Bush

Sophia Bush became an icon of the 2000s. There wasn’t a movie or TV show that this famous actress wasn’t in. However, as this actress slowly became more selective about the roles she wanted to play, then people started to see her as a problem. Studios have stopped wanting to work with her because of her beliefs that she refuses to budge away from. For very good reason! Sophia Bush isn’t afraid to use her fame to push socio-political movements. She believes there should be more intersectionality in feminist movements. As a result, she tries to take on roles that align with her beliefs. In turn, this decision dimmed her shine in the spotlight. Nevertheless, it definitely made her shine more as a human being.

Shutterstock

21. Demi Moore

Demi Moore was once the wife of Bruce Willis for many years, and then she married Ashton Kutcher, who was much younger than she was. Many people lauded this as a feminist move. However, that’s been about the only praise Moore has received throughout her career. She’s dealt with alcohol and drug addictions and an eating disorder. Plus, there have been allegations of sexual assault against her. Early in her career, she started pulling in big bucks in whatever movie she starred in, giving her a bit of an ego. She would make unreasonable demands about private jets and ask for more money for a specific role. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with her knowing what she’s worth and not allowing herself to be treated less than.

Tony Kyriacou / Rex Pictures

20. Julia Roberts

Julia Roberts can be considered one of the most famous women in Hollywood. She’s mostly known for her brilliant smiles and the roles that she’s played, but she didn’t start that way. This actress did “Pretty Woman,” “Sleeping With The Enemy,” and “Mary Reilly,” all of which didn’t play out very well for her. She also had a reputation for getting involved with the leading men in her movies, resulting in a string of romances that never lasted very long. She became engaged to Kiefer Sutherland and then dumped him three days before the wedding. Definitely not a good move for her image.

Instagram

19. Amanda Bynes

Amanda Bynes started as a Disney star, had a few movies under her belt, and things seemed to be going well for her. Unfortunately, she eventually slid into doing drugs like ecstasy and Adderall, admitted that she suffered from depression and body image issues during the filming of certain movies, and was labeled as disruptive during the filming of “Hall Pass.” Soon after, she was arrested for driving under the influence, her mental health growing incredibly worse, and lashing out on social media at whoever attracted her attention that day. Thankfully, her parents stepped in to help her get her life back together.

Shutterstock

18. Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus started as the lovable Hannah Montana, but once she left the Disney show and got a little older, she did everything she could to break out of the child star role she’d been pegged into. And that meant getting into trouble that she wasn’t ready to deal with. In a YouTube video, Miley Cyrus resorted to cyberbullying Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. Plus, she chose to pole dance at a Teen Choice Awards show and even lit a joint on stage at the 2013 MTV EMAs. She has no qualms about breaking any rule placed before her to be her authentic self. Admirable or despicable?

E! YouTube

17. Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian became one of the biggest names in television history with her show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” She meticulously curates her Instagram account, is an influencer mogul, and does whatever she can to stay in the spotlight for as long as she can. Naturally, this earned her a lot of negative press and attention. Some people hate her. Why? Because she seems completely out of touch with anything, and that leaves her to make clueless remarks. Others believe that she used her marriage to Kris Humphries as a publicity stunt and earned money from media attention. Whether you hate or love Kim, she knows how to roll with the punches and still makes money doing it. Do you think this is the last Kardashian on this list of problematic women? What about the Jenners?

Instagram

16. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan was the star of the 2000s that everyone wanted in their movies. She earned a spot on SNL and was in almost every movie coming out at the time. Unfortunately, this uptick in her stardom wasn’t to last. People who worked with her claimed that she was entitled, living with delusions of grandeur about her importance. She’s demonstrated that she’s a liar. Plus, Lindsay Lohan lashes out at other actresses out of jealousy and steals clothing and jewelry from other people’s closets and photoshoots — supposedly. Even someone like Charlie Sheen has called her difficult and made filming “Anger Management” almost impossible.

E! YouTube

15. Kris Jenner

Kris Jenner is the matriarch of the Kardashian family and seems to be the mastermind behind their media fame. Many people think this was smart of her, while others believe she’s simply exploiting her children for money. She seemed to have popularized the term “momager” — a cross between mom and manager — and even trademarked the word herself. People have suggested that this puts a rift between parent and child since the relationship becomes one about work and not a healthy relationship. And for her work as her kids’ manager, Kris takes 10% of their earnings for herself. That is, instead of earning her own money a different way. It’s never a good look to take money out of your kids’ hands. What do you think?

YouTube

14. Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway started as a Disney movie star and has eventually spread her own wings to star in more mature films, such as “Ocean’s 8.” However, not everyone is a fan. People have stated that Anne Hathaway the person and Anne Hathaway, the actress are two totally different people: she’s a great actress, but she tries too hard in person to sell herself. When she won an award for her performance in “Les Miserables,” her acceptance speech was considered too rehearsed instead of natural. Hathaway has taken this all in stride, in any case. She knows people don’t like her; she just doesn’t care! You can’t please 100% of people 100% of the time.

YouTube

13. Katherine Heigel

Katherine Heigl has built up quite a reputation within Hollywood, first starting as a beloved actress, but it gradually grew worse. She gained a reputation for being a diva for things like questioning the script and not coming out of her trailer for hours. She’s demanded large paychecks for independent films, and she’s known to bad mouth her costars and colleagues all the time. She seems so entitled to everything around her that very few people even want to work with her anymore. No one knows if she’s learned her lesson to become more humble, but that remains to be seen.

YouTube

12. Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez started as a backup dancer in “In Living Color” and quickly gained media attention when she took on the starring role in “Selena.” She’s not only a singer, talented dancer, and actor, but she’s also had her own clothing line and fragrances to boot. A lot of controversy surrounds her. However, people had called her a homewrecker for her relationship with Marc Anthony. Plus, she completely ignored her roots when people came to her for help and made statements in interviews that hurt people around her. Lopez has, of course, apologized and stated that she’d been misquoted, which, if it were true, wouldn’t be surprising.

Shutterstock

11. Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow was once called the “Sexiest Woman Alive,” starring in roles that most people could only dream of. However, by 2013, she was deemed the “Most Hated Celebrity.” She didn’t understand this title since some other actors and stars had done things worse than her, such as Chris Brown. People seem to believe that she’s spoiled and has had everything handed to her, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. People have a problem with her new company “Goop,” which seems to be a health and wellness scam that plenty of people have made fun of.

E! YouTube

10. Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner started as being the most chill of the sisters. And then she became an adult. Many people first noticed that this skinny sister looked different than she did as a young teen. So, there were plenty of rumors that her mother, Kris, put her through plastic surgery at a young age. On top of that, she has had questionable behavior. This includes abandoning her Great Dane puppy, Blu, constantly mistreating her own family members, and being generally rude to everyone around her. She lives in a bubble where she believes everyone should cater to her needs. We wonder who’s to blame for that kind of attitude.

YouTube

9. Hailey Bieber

Hailey Bieber is only known because of her marriage to Justin Bieber. She’s done nothing wrong otherwise, but their relationship has been under constant scrutiny since the wedding. It’s gotten to the point that Hailey has had to publicly come out and beg people to leave her alone because of the online harassment she’s received. It’s hard to know why people hate her so much, but maybe the hatred comes out of pure jealousy because of whom she’s married. Superfans need to learn to leave celebrities alone and let them live their lives.

Shutterstock

8. Gal Gadot

Gal Gadot gained fame by taking on the role of Wonder Woman in a movie of the same name. People fell in love with her good looks and her passionate play for equality in the realm of Hollywood. However, even with her sentiment, people still hate her. During the coronavirus quarantine, she decided to start an Instagram video of other celebrities singing “Imagine” by John Lennon, stitching all of the videos together to create one big video that she thought would uplift people. However, this stunt completely backfired and was deemed insensitive in nature. She’s also shown support for the Israeli troops in Gaza, which sparked outrage.

MEGA

7. Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie’s relationship with Brad Pitt was just one notch in her belt of controversies following her around for years. One producer in her early life stated that she was basically a spoiled brat with minimal talent. Her allegations against Brad Pitt have caused everything to spiral into a “he said, she said” controversy. Her most significant “black mark” seems to be that her presence broke up Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, who appeared to have a great, romantic relationship. To be fair, he chose to cheat on Aniston with Jolie, but you can’t deny that she played some part in the relationship falling apart.

Shutterstock

6. Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart wasn’t really known for her “acting skills” due to her performance in “Twilight.” Of course, she mostly blamed the writer and the director for just having a bad script in the first place. But Stewart has also blamed her “bad acting” on her costars. She’s made some hypocritical statements regarding equality yet chose to work with Woody Allen. Along with that, she has a long string of cheating on her romantic partners with other people. That’s not necessarily a bad thing that she should be strung up and hung for, but it definitely leads to an air of mistrust surrounding her.

Shutterstock

5. Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga is seemingly untouchable nowadays, having built her reputation to the point that she could do no wrong. And even so, most of her life has been super mysterious to her fans. However, she has revealed to her fans that she constantly struggles with her career and personal life. She’s done a lot of dating, her relationships lasting several months and becoming quite serious. However, they never end with tying the knot. Some people have read this as her being fickle, but there’s nothing wrong with going for what she wants. For the moment, she’s currently happy with her new boyfriend, who isn’t involved in show business.

Twitter Variety

4. Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence started as a sweet, approachable actress, but it wasn’t long before she began angering even her biggest fans. One of her biggest controversies was desecrating a sacred site and then openly laughing about it as if it was some kind of joke. And it wasn’t as if she didn’t know beforehand; the native Hawaiians had warned her about the site. Nevertheless, she went and disrespected it anyway. Lawrence is also a liar, recounting stories in interviews that supposedly never actually happened. Her connections to Amy Schumer and the awful movie idea they came up with demonstrate that she doesn’t really care what people think.

Splash

3. Katy Perry

Katy Perry’s music is just more than catchy. She’s has many hit songs that garnered top charts and awards. And although her career has been quite impressive, it doesn’t mean that Bad News Bear doesn’t follow her around. She’s had a feud with Taylor Swift and even a legal battle with nuns over real estate. But the one that takes the cake is that a rapper named Flame was suing her for having the same beat and instrumental elements from one of his songs in her song “Dark Horse.” Other than that, she’s been open about her mental health. She talks about how it’s affected her relationship with her fiance, Orlando Bloom.

MTV

2. Taylor Swift

Although Taylor Swift is considered one of the most successful musicians globally, she’s not a saint. Several people who have interacted with her personally have considered her quite problematic. She interacted with a Nicki Minaj tweet that didn’t state her name. Instead of joining in and allowing Minaj to have her say, Swift jumped in and called her anti-feminist. She completely missed the point: Hollywood is all about being white and slim and that women of color who aren’t slim are rarely considered for awards. Talk about being racially insensitive.

Chelsea Guglielmino

1. Scarlett Johansson

Scarlett Johansson is one of those people who quickly rose to fame, only for her own foot in her mouth to be her downfall. One of those transgressions includes playing Jean Marie Gill, who was born female but identified as male throughout his life. This casting came a year after she chose to play Makoto in “Ghost in the Shell,” who was originally Japanese. However, she did come back to admit that the industry does favor white, straight actors. Nevertheless, Scarlett Johansson still doubled down by saying that actors should be allowed to play anybody. She defended Woody Allen with all of her heart, despite all the evidence that had come out about him. However, she called out James Franco for the same kind of behavior. Hypocrite much? What do you think?
