Every Sunday, you don’t focus on work, primarily if you work from home and have a habit of picking up your laptop every day. Don’t worry about needing to get the house clean, grocery shopping, or running other errands. Take care of your family as you need to but put yourself first. Binge-watch Netflix, take a nap, or just lay on the couch and worry about nothing.
