This former farmhouse conversion offers 3 bedrooms, and you can bring up to 11 guests. The home has an outdoor kitchen area, and you get to be surrounded by the gorgeous Italian countryside. It’s also just a few minutes away from the Porto Cesareo beach. A lot of you out there are probably wondering how this villa can be so affordable. 29. Marina di Bordila, Calabria, Italy: $1,104 a month

Imagine waking up in the morning and walking just 50 meters to the beach. You can have that with this property. This Italian Villa has two bedrooms, and is perfect for 4 to 5 people. It’s 5 minutes away from the town of Parghelia, and the Pearl of Tyrrhenian. The host recommends taking in the panoramic views of the sea while you read a good book. A guest named Guiseppe had this to say, “Great place in a great location, 50mt from the beach with a perfect sundown view. The house is perfect, and was spotless clean. It has everything you need including a perfect AC. We were more than happy and would recommend it to anybody.”

Villa Cabras is located in Santa M. Navarrese, which is very close to the sea. The villa was once a large home, but has been split up into four different apartments. They have 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom, and shower which can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a beautiful outdoor veranda where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. A guest named Guido says, “The house is in a very quiet area, with plenty of space and good privacy. Beach is very close, so you can go for a swim and get back to the house very fast. The house has everything you need, as described in the pictures. Besides, Santa Maria Navarrese is a lovely town with nice restaurants, everything within walking distance.”

The beautiful Villa Iolanda is just 80 meters away from a beautiful beach. Nearby, you can see a monastery on the rocks called Tindari, which is an archaeological site of the Greek city Tyndaris. It’s located just 15 minutes away from the Brindisi Airport, and just 2 km away from beaches as well as a nature reserve called Torre Guaceto. The house was designed by an architect called Kiko, and it combines two houses with a covered terrace. (You’re given use of both houses as apart of your AirBnB package.) With just 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, you may only want to go as a couple, but the host allows up to 4 guests at a time.

24. Rena Majore, Sardegna, Italy: $1,577 a month

This villa has a beautiful view of the sea, and the beaches are just a few hundred meters away from the home. The house comes with 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. This is in a village with a collection of villas that has its own bar and club house. So if you want to use the free WiFi, you need to go down to the clubhouse to do that. It may not be exactly what you imagined when you think of a stand-alone villa in the countryside, but it’s still a really affordable option just 7 km away from the famous Santa Teresa di Gallura.

Looking for a place to enjoy the Tuscan countryside? Look no further than this gorgeous country villa. Enjoy the gardens and relax by the pool in the summertime. Casa Elle is a gorgeous 2-bedroom Italian villa surrounded by a 1,000 square meter tree lined garden. There is a large patio that overlooks the ocean. Unfortunately, there is no WiFi at this villa. So you’d have to tether the internet to your phone, or enjoy a long vacation away from reading your work emails. A guest named Rosanna had this to say: “Laura’s place is just what you want for a holiday by the sea. A generous outdoor terrace, a view of the Mediterranean, a bbq and great attention paid to the design and outdoor furnishings all make for a super comfortable stay. It’s in a secluded spot yet still walking distance to the beach, close to a great supermarket, and a short drive from the amazing unspoilt coastline and beaches at Reserva dello Zingaro. Great place!”

Casale Cantalena is situated on top of a hill called Sant’Egidio. It’s a beautiful detached country house with a private swimming pool and its own soccer field. If you go here, you can enjoy a lot of peace, quiet, and privacy away from your regularly scheduled life. The only potential negative to going here is that you need to drive on unpaved roads, and it takes 25 minutes to drive to Castiglion Fiorentino and 30 minutes to Cortona. However, Florence and Rome are close enough to take a day trip there if you take the train.

This 2-bedroom 2-bath villa is located on the border of two towns- Lazio and Umbria. It has an amazing green landscape, and has a view overlooking a valley. You can see as far as Lake Bolsena, which is 24km away. There is a pool and a beautiful veranda area that is perfect for eating outside and taking in the surroundings.
