And then I gave birth to my second child.I exclusively breastfed my daughter until 6 months old. Around that time, she developed severe food allergies, including milk protein, soy, bananas, eggs. In order to avoid triggering her allergies and causing her terrible diarrhea, my diet became very limited, which put my own health at risk..
