The construction date is unknown, but it’s at least over 100 years old. The land area spans across 324.98 meters squared in the area of Kiwa-cho in Kumano City. Sellers claim the original owners used to run an inn in the building a long time ago, and when renovating the building, they cut off its pillars. During an interview with Cheap Houses Japan, she said, “This house is 68 years old. I found a Japanese contractor (sent from heaven) who was kind and willing to work with us even though he doesn’t speak English.
