If your child wears a retainer or mouth guard, it’s important to stay on top of their cleanliness. Our mouths are homes to tons of bacteria, which means that bacteria gets stuck to your child’s retainer. Soak the retainer or mouthguard in hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes to sanitize it.
