
22. Bad Hospitality
It’s one thing to ignore a customer while you’re at work completely, but if you’re working in a restaurant, you’re expected to talk to the customers you’re serving to feel like they’re being taken care of. This “Karen” wasn’t having that, however. She was annoyed that this Reddit user was engaging in conversation… with customers, she was taking care of. What were they supposed to do, serve them in silence? Then those people would have complained that they weren’t being hospitable. Thankfully, in a later comment, this Reddit user shared that their customer was going to tell their manager that they did a great job. [via Plonkie-]
