
17. Making Things As Difficult As Possible
It’s one thing to want to return sometimes, but it’s something else when you’re trying to return clearly used items without a receipt and without providing any helpful information to help make the return as easy as possible. This “Karen” thought she was so important that all they had to do was look her up in the system, yet she wouldn’t even provide them with her name, making this task virtually impossible to accomplish. At least she came back in and apologized for her behavior, so who knows what kind of conversation she had outside of the store. [via ChickenPicture]
